6. No Carry Over of Minutes

Unused minutes do not carry over from month to month. Each month’s allocation of minutes must be used within that billing period or they will be forfeited.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Action 2 Call services if you breach any of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.

  • Data Collection: We collect and store certain information about your use of our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

This consent must be obtained verbally or contextually, such as through your website, form submissions, or other methods that clearly indicate the user’s agreement to receive automated calls. Failure to obtain proper consent may result in violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable regulations. JGRobo Marketing Inc. will not be held liable or responsible for such violations.
