- Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for used minutes. All sales are final.
- Overage Charges: Any usage exceeding the subscribed plan will be billed at the standard rate of $0.50 to $0.60 per minute based on your plan.
6. No Carry Over of Minutes
Unused minutes do not carry over from month to month. Each month’s allocation of minutes must be used within that billing period or they will be forfeited.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Action 2 Call services if you breach any of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.
