          • This will be the main way to look up contacts
        • Companies (not really used that much)
        • Opportunities (not really used that much either)
          • This could be used for upselling… but no clients use it
        • Visitors – Can be used for in depth analytic tracking — marketing sites

  • MARKETING
        • Campaign Builder – Where I build out the funnel automations
        • This is a hands off zone, as even subtle changes can cause problems
        • Email & Broadcasts – Where you can send out targeted bulk emails
        • Lead Generation – Analytic Tracking Codes for various things…
        • Templates – These are email templates that can be created
          • Some examples are a standard email you send to buyers
          • “Welcome” emails to buyers kind of things…
        • Legacy – Since this is a new IS application there are no legacy campaigns

  • E-COMMERCE
        • Orders – You can search for buyers by total spend/name/custom field etc..
        • Products – Listing of all the products that GGR sells
        • Actions – This won’t be used as you have your own merchant account

  • ADMIN
  • Billing/Users/API Integration Settings etc…

CONTACTS:

    • This is the main way how to search for people. There are various ways to search
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Tags
      • Address
      • City, State, Zip
      • Phone
      • And all the custom fields…
      • .. even more advanced Misc. Criteria searches
        • Such as finding all leads with NO Phone Number or NO Email etc…
      • — You can Customize how the contact summary is displayed by adding or removing columns.
      • You can also Create, Save, and Delete Searches for easy access.
        • Example: I want all the people with P068 tags. I do a contact search, then Save them all into a Search called “P068”. It would then show up in “Saved Searches”.

  • Custom Field Search: All contacts that registered on 11/13/17
    • There are 2 different way show contact summary.
      • Quick View (which is default)
      • Long View which is the 3 lines that are vertical
    • Bulk Actions
      • I want to export all the 11/13/17 registrations
      • I search using the Custom FIeld Search/EVENT DATE REGISTERED
      • Once all the registrations are showing I click on TAB to select all contacts
      • Then I click on Actions, then Export
      • I can select what fields I want to export.
      • You can play around with what fields you want
      • Then save an Export Template like I have for Nightly Reports
      • From here you would click on Process and download the .XLS attachment
      • To go back to list all the contacts, simply click on cancel

  • Follow-up Sequences — This won’t be used until down the road

    • Click on ‘Add to Sequence’ find the event they want to register and click on ‘Add’
  • Opportunities – Not being used right now

  • ORDERS
  • This part is going to be important – This is where you can add in an order for a contact
  • Here you will see a list of all the products that GGR sells.
    • If you see something off, we need to make sure we get it fixed asap.
  • What we can do is select Quick Sale then let’s do ‘3 Day Cannabis Retreat”
  • So the price is already listed at $697.
  • If you wanted to offer a discount of $50, or whatever price you do that under Adjustments
  • Order type is “Offline”
  • Select Manual Payment
  • Do you want it to list: MC, Visa, AMX, Check?? Most clients use these…
  • Next Payment Amount, that is your $697 price
  • .. Don’t mess with Payment Plan Details…
  • Last part is “Actions”
  • There are templates that I set up, so in this case you would select the

  • Select how much under ‘Amount’
  • Date, which is today’s date
  • Payment Type: again.. MC, Visa, AMX, Check etc.. we can add that in.
  • Payment notes: Some clients like to add in the last 4 digits of a CC or whatever
  • Comissions, I would suggest keeping this as “yes” as I think Scott might use this later
  • Then click on “Apply Payment
  • Depending if

  • QUICK SEARCH:

        • If using more than 1 call center you could use this custom field to search who signed up via Novasors or LiveOps on what date etc..
      • Seminar Events: This will list active campaigns going on. I’ll most likely be the only one who uses this field.

        • Kickstarter
        • Etc…
      • Call Team

        • This way you know WHO called what contact, what date/time, and what their disposition was.
      • Tag
        • All the tags in the system are listed in categories, and also what tags that contact has.
        • Linked Accounts – Not used
        • This won’t be used…. If can be used to lock down contacts, but I don’t see this as being an issue.
